When answering a call / calls extensions can specify a particular location to receive an inbound call or you can use the ‘follow me’ feature that enables vibratoPBXtm to call as many as four locations successively, such as work, car, mobile, etc.
Answering the call / calls using Call Announce or Call Screening prompts inbound callers to say their names before the call is put through, so you can either attend to the call or direct it to voice mail. vibratoPBXtm captures the Caller-ID as well.
Call Routing lets you block or manage inbound Caller IDs, such as routing calls to extensions or queues by identifying the area code, prefix or Caller ID.
When vibratoPBXtm forwards a call to your location, inbound callers will be hearing ‘music-on-hold’ till you answer the call. Once you receive the call, it is up to you to attend the call, direct it to voice mail, direct it to another extension, or direct it to voice mail and listen to the caller’s message.
vibratoPBXtm can store faxes or forward it to a fax machine, or some other extension. Faxes can also be e-mailed as .pdf files and or viewed on the vibratoPBXtm website.
Extensions have no boundaries, the extension owner can be in the same room, across the city, around the world, and you can mark these virtual extensions as available or unavailable. The flexibility of vibratoPBXtm allows extensions to log into one or more queues through the web or telephone.
